An Agent for the Amelioration of Vertigo in Ménière's SyndromeBetahistine Hydrochloride (Serc)

Abstract
Betahistine hydrochloride is effective in alleviating the recurrent attacks of vertigo that are associated with Ménière's syndrome. In general, adverse effects observed from its use have been minor and infrequent.
