Symptomatic Hypoglycemia in Terminal Leukemia

Abstract
A patient with terminal leukemia who had symptomatic hypoglycemia responded dramatically to glucose. Depletion of hepatic glycogen and in vivo glycolysis by leukocytes may be possible causes for the hypoglycemia.
