The Hereditary Aspects of Paget's Disease (Osteitis Deformans)

Abstract

Seven members in one family have been afflicted with Paget's disease of bone and an additional two members have a clinical history of involvement without definite medical documentation. There is a review of the literature and discussion of possible inheritance patterns.
