Spontaneous Colonic PerforationA Complication in a Hemodialysis Patient

Abstract
A patient undergoing chronic hemodialysis had perforation of the colon. Constipation aggravated by antacids was a presumable cause. Attention to a simple complaint may prevent a disaster.
