Abstract
Löffler's syndrome was a complication of lymphangiography in two cases. A review of 88 consecutive bipedal lymphangiograms demonstrates that fever and pulmonary microemboli are the most common aftermath of lymphangiography. These appear of little clinical significance by themselves. Severe pulmonary complications are relatively uncommon.
