Bilateral Ureteral Obstruction Simulating Recurrent Acute Renal Failure

Abstract

A patient with two closely spaced episodes of anuria and rising serum creatinine levels experienced spontaneous remission on both occasions without the use of ureteral catheterization even though bilateral ureteral obstruction was the cause of the anuria.
