Schilder's Disease

Positive Brain Scan

Abstract

A child with Schilder's disease subsequently verified by brain biopsy had a distinctively abnormal brain scan, showing large areas of increased uptake near the lateral ventricles in the posterior portions of both cerebral hemispheres.
