Abstract

A patient with marked testicular atrophy secondary to mumps orchitis developed cancer of the breast 30 years after the orchitis. Although cancer of the breast has been described in men with Klinefelter's syndrome, we know of no literature in which the association of breast cancer with other testicular disorders has been previously documented.
