Abstract
An elderly woman manifested both pulmonary and hepatic disease secondary to 1-antitrypsin deficiency. The liver biopsy specimen showed the characteristic findings of this condition, most importantly, the presence of PAS-positive, diastase-resistant intracytoplasmic inclusions.
