Abstract
A patient was seen with severe hemolysis due to cold antibodies associated with Mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia. Therapy with tetracycline hydrochloride, prednisone, and folic acid was initiated, and complete recovery ensued. Data is presented documenting the presence of autoimmune hemolysis due cold agglutinins associated with Mycoplasma infection.
