A 49-year-old man with multiple myeloma, IgA type, contracted cutaneous
plasmocytomas. No deposits of immunoglobulin were found in the cutaneous
tumor by direct immunofluorescence. The case is an unusual manifestation
occurring in multiple myeloma.
