Disseminated Aspergillosis in a Presumably Immunocompetent Host

Abstract
Disseminated aspergillosis was found in an apparently healthy man. Although he had a history of diabetes and recent alcohol ingestion, there was no pathological evidence of diabetes mellitus or cirrhosis at autopsy.
