Multidisciplinary Management of Acromegaly and Its Deformities

Abstract

The skeletal deformities associated with acromegaly are not reversed by correction of abnormal growth hormone dynamics. We describe a patient with acromegaly in whom facial reconstruction was undertaken after successful removal of a pituitary adenoma.
