Abstract
The clinical recognition of diffuse lymphadenopathy generates a variety of important differential diagnostic considerations. We describe a woman with severe hypertriglyceridemia (type V hyperlipidemia) associated with diffuse lymphadenopathy. This association has not been described previously and should be included in the differential diagnosis of diffuse lymphadenopathy.
