US Surgeon General David Satcher, MD, PhD

AMERICANS ADMIRE men in uniforms and that apparently also goes for the surgeon general.

After more than 3 years without the nation's top physician, David Satcher, MD, PhD, took over the duties on February 13. Within 2 weeks he had received more than 2000 invitations to speak from people and groups in all 50 states. The invitations continue rolling in at a rate of about 300 a week.
