  • Lloyd E. Ratner, MD, has been named director of the transplantation division in the Department of Surgery at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital, Philadelphia, Pa. He was formerly director of renal transplantation and associate professor of surgery and pathology at Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine.
  • Jorge Carlos Rios, MD, has been named executive dean of Ross University School of Medicine in Portsmouth, Dominica. He was formerly at the Center for Drug Evaluation and Research of the US Food and Drug Administration.
