The FDA has created a new television series for physicians and other health care professionals with information about newly approved medical devices and tips on how to prevent adverse events associated with device use. The monthly program, "FDA Patient Safety News," is carried on medical satellite networks aimed at hospitals and the text of each program is posted at http://www.fda.gov/cdrh/psn.
