• Issam Arnouk, MD, has been appointed vice chair of the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology at Lutheran Medical Center in Brooklyn, NY.
  
• Todd L. Demmy, MD, has been appointed chief of the Thoracic Surgery Division and Boris W. Kuvshinoff II, MD, has been appointed to the Division of Gastrointestinal Surgery at Roswell Park Cancer Institute, Buffalo, NY.
  
• Peter B. Angood, MD, has been named chief of the Division of Trauma and Critical Care at UMass Memorial Medical Center and professor of surgery, anesthesiology, and emergency medicine at the University of Massachusetts Medical School, Worcester. Also joining these two institutions, as assistant professor of surgery, will be otolaryngologist Daniel J. Lee, MD.
