To the Editor: In his review of Pain Management: A Practical Guide for Clinicians, Dr Sternberg1 claims that some essential chapters were omitted, including those on low back pain, neuropathic pain, and diagnostic imaging. However, the table of contents clearly indicates that this volume does include both a discussion of pathophysiology and treatment of neuropathic pain, including the chapters that I wrote on complex regional pain syndrome (CRPS) I and CRPS II.
