Reteplase in Acute Myocardial Infarction—Reply

Since this article does not have an abstract, we have provided the first 119 words of the full text and any section headings.

In Reply: In response to Dr Busti and colleagues, we reviewed the drugs received by patients before and after hospital admission (Table 1). Based on these data, we find no evidence of bias generated by concomitant drug therapy. However, we agree that the high initial dose of aspirin and the broad use of highly effective drugs, such as {beta}-blockers, angiotensin-converting enzyme inhibitors, and statins, in our trial should be taken into account before extrapolating our findings to other settings.
