Erectile Dysfunction in Obese Men

Since this article does not have an abstract, we have provided the first 73 words of the full text and any section headings.

To the Editor: In considering the results of the study by Dr Esposito and colleagues1 on the effect of weight reduction on erectile dysfunction in obese men, it is interesting to look at some of the older literature that addressed thiazide-induced erectile dysfunction and found improvement with weight loss among individuals who were obese.2-3 That finding becomes better explained given the improvement in endothelial function with weight loss found in the present study.
