In Reply: We appreciate the opportunity to clarify a potential point of confusion in our article. Because of space constraints, we truncated the Kaplan-Meier plot in Figure 3 at 6 years. Two additional prostate cancer deaths occurred beyond the last time point on the cumulative incidence plot. However, the survival analyses took all data into account.
