Effects of Estrogen-Only Treatment in Postmenopausal Women

To the Editor: Given the large dropout rate in the WHI study,1 I would be interested in seeing the results not only for the intent-to-treat analysis, but also for the 47% of participants who completed the study taking the study medication.
