Missing Company Name: In the Medical News & Perspectives article entitled "‘Polypill’ Could Slash Diabetes Risks" published in the July 26, 2006, issue of JAMA (2006;296:377-380), the following company information should appear. On page 377, in the first paragraph under the heading "Existing Tools," "(Archimedes Inc, San Francisco, Calif)" should appear after "a mathematical simulation model of health care called Archimedes."
