Incomplete Byline: In the article by Nichol et al titled "Regional Variation in Out-of-Hospital Cardiac Arrest Incidence and Outcome," published in the September 24, 2008, issue (2008;300[12]:1423-1431), the name of the investigator group was omitted from the byline. The end of the byline should have included "for the Resuscitation Outcomes Consortium Investigators." The list of investigators was previously published online in appendix 1 at http://www.resuscitationjournal.com/article/S0300-9572(08)00124-X/addOns.
