Incorrect Dosage in: A 70-Year-Old Man With a Transient Ischemic Attack

JAMA. 2008;300(4):394.

Incorrect Dosage: In the Clinical Crossroads article entitled "A 70-Year-Old Man With a Transient Ischemic Attack" published in the July 2, 2008, issue of JAMA (2008;300[1]:81-90), the dosage of warfarin was listed incorrectly in the patient's story at the end of the third paragraph. Instead of "warfarin, 1 mg 4 times daily" the dosage should have been "four 1-mg tablets of warfarin daily." This article was corrected online for error in data on July 1, 2008, prior to publication of the correction in print.
