Incorrect Data in: Comparison of Registered and Published Primary Outcomes in Randomized Controlled Trials

JAMA. 2009;302(14):1532.

Incorrect Data: In the Original Contribution entitled "Comparison of Registered and Published Primary Outcomes in Randomized Controlled Trials" published in the September 2, 2009, issue of JAMA (2009;302[9]:977-984), a clause should have been deleted. On page 977 in the "Results" section of the abstract, the following should have been deleted: "35 (10.8%) were registered with no or an unclear description of the primary outcome." In seventh line of the middle column on page 982 of the "Comment" section, the number and percentage of studies "registered with no or an unclear description of the primary outcome" should have read "39 (12%)."
