Incorrect Disclosure: In the Letter to the Editor entitled, "Clinical Practice Guidelines and Scientific Evidence" by Norris, published in the July 8, 2009, issue of JAMA (2009;302[2]:142), the financial disclosure was incorrect. The statement at the bottom of the first column on page 142 should have read, "Financial Disclosures: Dr Norris reported receiving travel support to attend a meeting of the GRADE (Grading of Recommendations Assessment, Development and Evaluation) Working Group."
