Incorrect Wording
JAMA. 1998;280:134.
In the Consensus Statement entitled "Directly Observed Therapy for Treatment Completion of Pulmonary Tuberculosis: Consensus Statement of the Public Health Tuberculosis Guidelines Panel," published in the March 25, 1998, issue of THE JOURNAL (1998;279:943-948), there was incorrect wording in Tables 2, 3, 4, and 5. The first footnote in each of these tables should read ". . . SCR, proportion of patients whose sputum converts to no mycobacterial growth . . ."
Also in this article, Figure 1 was printed with incorrect median treatment completion rate data. Figure 1 is correct as it appears here.
