Incorrect Wording

JAMA. 1999;281:611.

In the Letter entitled "Screening for Alcoholism Using CAGE," published in the December 9, 1998, issue of THE JOURNAL (1998;280:1904), there was incorrect wording. On page 1904, in reference 1, the title of the journal article that read "Detecting alcoholism: the CAGE questionnaire: a critical review" should have read "Detecting alcoholism: the CAGE questionnaire." The title in reference 2 that read "Alcohol screening questionnaires in women" should have read "Alcohol screening questionnaires in women: a critical review."
