In the Grand Rounds entitled "Clinical Features of and Recent Advances in Therapy for Fabry Disease" published in the December 6, 2000, issue of THE JOURNAL (2000;284:2771-2775), a word was changed incorrectly. On page 2774, in the third column, middle of the first paragraph, the sentence that begins "Mean insulin clearance" should have read "Mean inulin clearance."
