Incorrect Reference. In the Caring for the Critically Ill Patient article entitled "Ketoconazole for Early Treatment of Acute Lung Injury and Acute Respiratory Distress Syndrome: A Randomized Controlled Trial" published in the April 19, 2000, issue of THE JOURNAL (2000;283:1995-2002), a reference was cited incorrectly. On page 2000, in the footnote to Table 2, the lung injury score was calculated as reported by Arons et al (not Murray et al). The correct reference 22 should be: Arons M, Wheeler AP, Hudson LD, et al. Developing an improved lung injury score. Am J Respir Crit Care Med. 1997;155:A584.
