Incorrect CME Quiz Question in: Association of Cholesteryl Ester Transfer Protein Genotypes With CETP Mass and Activity, Lipid Levels, and Coronary Risk

JAMA. 2008;300(3):284.

Incorrect CME Quiz Question: In the CME quiz entitled "Association of Cholesteryl Ester Transfer Protein Genotypes With CETP Mass and Activity, Lipid Levels, and Coronary Risk" published in the June 18, 2008, issue of JAMA (2008;299[23]:2804), question 4 contained incorrect words. The words "and inversely" should be deleted so the question reads "The review also demonstrated that the same CETP genotypes that are modestly associated with increased HDL-C levels are weakly associated with . . . " The quiz was corrected online for this error on June 26, 2008, prior to publication of the correction in print.
