Dr. Earl E. Gambill's reply to the "Tired Husband Syndrome," in QUESTIONS AND ANSWERS (205:709, 1968) involving extreme fatigue in a 21-year-old married man, fails to take into account allergy as a causative factor. It is not unusual for young adults with unnatural tiredness to be suffering from food or inhalant allergy, or both.
