To the Editor:—
Dr. Earl E. Gambill's reply to the "Tired Husband Syndrome," in QUESTIONS AND ANSWERS (205:709, 1968) involving extreme fatigue in a 21-year-old married man, fails to take into account allergy as a causative factor. It is not unusual for young adults with unnatural tiredness to be suffering from food or inhalant allergy, or both. The following have made excellent contributions to the literature on this subject:
