RESOLUTION 61 (A-81), requesting the American Medical Association to review and report on the operation of satellite emergency clinics subsidized by hospitals, was referred to the Board of Trustees for report at the 1981 Interim Meeting. Report 0 of the Board of Trustees, responding to Resolution 61 (A-81), was submitted at the 1981 Interim Meeting and referred to the Board of Trustees. Report X of the Board of Trustees, responding to Resolution 61 (A-81), was submitted at the 1982 Annual Meeting and was referred to the Board of Trustees with the request that the Board make inquiries and provide comprehensive information to physicians regarding the emergence and development of satellite clinics in the provision of medical services and that information be developed to inform physicians what they may lawfully do in meeting this challenge.
