To the Editor.—
I enjoyed your recent issue1 on what's new in the various subspecialties of medicine but was disturbed to find that there was no section on vascular surgery, which has now evolved into a distinct subspecialty. It is my recommendation that in future issues a section be devoted to the recent developments in general vascular surgery. This omission was especially disconcerting when one notes that there was a special area of developments in sexology.
