We hereby thank the 3023 peer reviewers who completed JAMA manuscript reviews in 1994 and whose names appear on pages 1309-1316. In 1994, it took a median of 17 calendar days from manuscript receipt to rejection, 85 days from receipt to acceptance, and 181 days from receipt to publication. A mean of 26 days was required for each peer review; each reviewer handled a mean of 1.6 manuscripts.
