—I agree with Dr Luke's observation and suggestions. In testimony before the Subcommittee on Health of the House Committee on Ways and Means (March 23, 1995), I suggested a mandatory requirement for pass-through of Medicare continuing medical education reimbursement by health maintenance organizations enrolling Medicare recipients.
