To the Editor.
—Dr Connors and colleagues1 could strengthen their argument that RHC does more harm than good by demonstrating a dose-response relationship. Could the investigators present data that demonstrate that patients who had an RHC placed for longer periods of time fared worse than those who had an RHC placed transiently (eg, less than 24 hours)?
